Facilitation Playground: Designing for Honest Engagement

Engaging your group can be difficult, especially if they aren’t sure how to participate.

People often nod, contribute just enough, and leave without saying what they really think. As facilitators, we can feel it, and shifting it takes intention.

This virtual, live, interactive facilitation lab is a space to practice creating conditions where people speak more honestly.

We will:

  • try a simple, participatory structure

  • explore what builds (and blocks) trust in the moment

  • reflect on how we guide real conversation

In one hour, we will put theory into practice, and you’ll walk away with resources and new connections.

If you’ve ever left a meeting wishing, you could have gotten people to say what they were actually thinking this is for you!
