There is a conversation in the room that only these people at this moment can have. Find it.”

— Emergent Strategy Principles, adrienne maree brown

I help teams, communities, and creative humans collaborate more honestly, creatively, and effectively.

Through facilitation, applied improv, and participatory design, I create experiences that help people navigate complexity, strengthen connection, and move toward meaningful action together.

  • Custom-designed sessions for nonprofits, public agencies, creative teams, and mission-driven organizations.

    Together, we can:

    • build alignment

    • strengthen collaboration

    • navigate change

    • surface honest conversation

    • move from ideas into action

    Formats include:

    • retreats

    • strategic planning sessions

    • workshops

    • team reflection and learning spaces

    • virtual or in-person facilitation

  • Interactive workshops that use improv as a practical tool for communication, listening, adaptability, and collaboration.

    No performance experience required.

    Popular topics include:

    • clear communication

    • embodied listening & presence

    • psychological safety

    • collaboration through uncertainty

    • leadership presence

Participants often leave feeling more confident, connected, and comfortable contributing authentically.

  • Participatory learning spaces for facilitators, leaders, educators, and creatives who want to strengthen how they guide groups and build connection.

    These sessions focus on:

    • group engagement

    • participatory facilitation

    • collaborative design

    • trust and belonging

    • practical facilitation tools

How it works

I believe most groups already contain the wisdom and creativity they need.

The challenge is usually creating the conditions where people feel safe enough to contribute honestly and engaged enough to participate fully.

My work combines:

  • facilitation

  • applied improv

  • emergent strategy

  • collaborative reflection

  • practical action planning

This work results in:

  • deeper trust

  • clearer priorities

  • stronger participation

  • more energized collaboration

Collective Brilliance

A twelve-week interactive experience for artists, creatives, facilitators, and changemakers who want to move ideas from inspiration into action.

Through a blend of reflection, collaboration, participatory structures, and playful experimentation, participants build momentum around projects while forming meaningful connections and support systems along the way.

This isn’t just brainstorming. It’s a space to test ideas, uncover what matters most, and take practical steps toward bringing bold visions to life in a way that feels energizing, human, and sustainable.

    • Greater clarity around your ideas and direction

    • Structured support and accountability

    • Collaborative feedback and fresh perspectives

    • Tools for moving from ideas into action

    • A deeper sense of connection and creative momentum

    • Opportunities to experiment, reflect, and iterate in community

  • Each session combines:

    • interactive facilitation

    • small and large group discussion

    • improv-inspired activities

    • collaborative exercises

    • reflection and action planning

Participants move between individual reflection, partner conversations, and collective sense-making while developing projects in real time.

The experience culminates in a Community Action Lab, where participants share prototypes, ideas, or works-in-progress and receive encouragement, insight, and support from the broader community.

  • Over twelve weeks, participants move from idea generation to collaborative action through a mix of reflection, playful experimentation, structured facilitation, and community support.

Each session includes interactive activities, small group dialogue, collaborative feedback, and practical tools designed to help participants build momentum in a sustainable and energizing way.
