Bring more of yourself into the room.
How much of yourself do you edit throughout the day? What’s stopping you from expressing yourself?
Many of us spend an incredible amount of energy trying to say the right thing or make the right impression. Over time, it can become difficult to tell the difference between who we are and who we think we're supposed to be.
This workshop is an invitation to play with that.
Using applied improvisation, we'll create opportunities to experiment with expressing ourselves a little more honestly, trusting our instincts, and noticing what changes when we stop trying to perform the "correct" version of ourselves.
We'll laugh. We'll make things up. We'll surprise ourselves. We'll probably discover that the things we thought we needed to hide are often the things that help other people realize they aren’t alone. And when we bring more of ourselves into the room, we make it easier for other people to do the same.
No improv experience needed. Come exactly as you are.
